Role Overview

We’re seeking for 7+ experience Construction Engineer to joint lead and oversee our ground projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of professionalism, firm quality standards, and transparent operations. This role includes a hybrid work setup remote coordination is balanced with required on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects along side team.

Enforce quality assurance protocols and transparent reporting and documentation

Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, codes, and environmental standards

Serve as a liaison between internal teams (digital and field) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors)

Proactively identify and solve technical/logistical challenges

Draft comprehensive technical reports, drawings, and progress updates for stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in construction project engineering or management

Resident of Cameroon, with ability and willingness to operate on-site across multiple regions

Fluent in English or French (speaking & writing); fully bilingual candidates are a strong asset

Proven track record in delivering excellent quality and upholding transparency in past projects

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable adapting to hybrid work (remote project coordination + on-site visits)
